At least for the past 20 years Uganda has fronted

itself as an education Mecca in the East and Central

Africa region.

A few European students are actually coming to Uganda.

How can this trend be extended to other parts of

the world? (Asia, North America, Eastern Europe, Russia)

 How can bringing retired American and European educators into

Uganda education system change the quality and output
