{UAH} I have worked with Dr closely since 2005

Wafula Oguttu: I have worked with Dr closely since 2005 and I can say that he is a very gifted humble leader. He hates wrong deeds of man but keeps no personal enemies .
Never engaged in polemics and never responds to those who abuse him. Some even later have run to him when in need and he readily shares whatever little he has with to them!
He lives a purposeful life.
Never removes his eyes from the ball, the liberation struggle.
He wants every citizen to have an equal opportunity to a decent life.
Dr Besigye is in all ways the best leader Ugandans have today.
