{UAH} ssebagala did not step down for Besigye

ssebagala did not step down for Besigye, he was disqualified by the electoral commission for lack of academic credentials. Ssebagala had not been weighed on a national voter weighing scale and his national popularity was not known though he was very popular in kampala, where he helped many opposition people to win seats. Ssebagala went for nomination when Besigye was already a candidate, and his nomination was halted by the electoral commission. Do we know if he had been nominated he would have exited the race for Besigye? As we call on Besigye to stand behind kyagulanyi let us give genuine reasons because we have them . The ssebagala cause can not stand scrutiny.
