Since 1986, every NRA/UPDF Ugandan army spokesman has been from the ________ region.
Maj. Roland Katunguka (Acholi)
Col. Shaban Bantariza (Muganda)
Maj. Phinehas Katirima (Kakwa)
Col. Felix Kulayigye (Samia)
Lt. Col. Paddy Ankunda (Itesot)
Brig. Richard Karemire (Mugisu)
All this shows that the army has been a broad-based institution. Sigh.
I don't know why the opposition is always saying President Museveni is sectarian.
