{UAH} Somalia has postponed presidential elections by 13 months over COVID-19

 Somalia has postponed presidential elections by 13 months over COVID-19. Somalia's Electoral Commission says it needs a minimum of 9 months to prepare for elections that were previously scheduled for November 27, 2020.
