Tribal Talk Is Rubbish
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has this morning scoffed at critics who are 'playing the tribal card' to discredit his administration.
He described it as 'rubbish' being peddled by myopic individuals with no sense of direction.
This was today morning as the NRM electoral commission nominated him the party's National Chairman and presidential candidate.
Mr. Museveni's nomination clears him for the 2021 presidential elections, even after he has ruled Uganda for the last 34 years.
