{UAH} Allan Barigye; what's happening to Kagame?

Allan, 

Some wizards wish others death. Recall how they manufactured North Korean Kim Jong - un death which made a guy with a yellow square head smile. 

Now when somebody goes silent as he plans for his country like like Paul Kagame  might be doing, they manufacture all sorts of rumours,ICU. 

They are used to seeing rulers who do not go for vacation even for a week throughout decade in, decade out, no rest whatsoever.
