{UAH} IDI AMIN'S STATE RESEARCH BUREAU: HUMAN BLOOD OR JUST TOMATO SAUCE?
The gentleman pictured here (see attachment) was known as Lt. Colonel Francis Itabuka. He served as Amin's director of intelligence at the famous State Research Bureau from August 1974 to February 1977.
On 11th May 1987, he appeared before the Uganda Human Rights Commission chaired by the current Vice President, Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi.
Lt. Col. Francis Itabuka, a Musoga and a Christian, was found innocent of all charges, including being innocent of all the accusations concerning the untimely death of the late Church of Uganda Archbishop Janan Luwum (RIP) which happened under his watch, but not as has been portrayed. Basically Francis Itabuka and the government he served have already been cleared by law of all human rights violations levelled against them and against the State Research Bureau, and he has since been living quietly, a free man, on his farm land in Busoga, Eastern Uganda to this very day.
With such a judgement passed by a legal entity, the Uganda Human Rights Commission of 1986, do any accusations against the Amin government hold any water anywhere?
Finally, let me reiterate that there are people who can create humongous lies and bogus accusations against you, then they themselves start seriously hating you based on their own lies that they dramatically invented from thin air against you, but then they absolutely failed to substantiate any of their quack allegations where it mattered most. In a court of law.
Between level zero being evil and level one being angels, where would you classify those who for the last 40 years have been relentlessly demonizing Africa's heroes?
