Can mathematicians explain how non linearity in Uganda politics

and economic development will organise society post Museveni?

It is hard to understand what is happening - unless one understands

the chaotic manner in which things are being done.

The truth of the matter,  is that there are massive physical developments

taking place in Uganda from Chinese based Industrial developments,

vehicle assembly, limited medical and industrial research/processing, road

infrastructure, dams, medical facilities upgrade, new airports, relative modern

10 public universities in Muni, Busitema, Lira, Gulu, Kabale, Soroti and now Busoga.

Massive farms of rice, trees, food crops (maize) can etc, besides a silent military

complex.
