You used to deny what people used to call President Museveni. Now hear from the horse's mouth:
" David Cisse Sisye calls me a "disgrace". I am very proud to be a disgrace that saved Ugandans. At one time I was called a bandit. Nothing new."
At least he tries to respond these days, good for communication
