{UAH} What's Mr.Museveni up to?

The former Bushebyi District, is now sub-divided into 5 districts. Total population 600,000 and almost 20 MPs.  All get 120 billion shillings in the national Budget.

Poor Wakiso  with 2 million people has only 8 MPs and gets only 20 billion.
