{UAH} 90th SAUDI NATIONAL DAY

On this 90th Saudi National Day, may God Almighty allow me to congratulate His Majesty the King of Saudi Arabia & Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, the entire Royal family, the government, and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia, on the occasion of this 90th anniversary.

I would like to express strong solidarity with the Royal family and the people of Saudi Arabia in all their endeavours. Helping the needy around the world, building schools & hospitals in poor countries, helping those afflicted by natural disasters, developing infrastructure for countries that can barely afford any, providing humanitarian aid to millions of men, women and children particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and in Africa, thereby saving an untold numbers of human lives every single day without showing off about it.

I would also like to express appreciation for the little-known but major role that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is playing in supporting the development of clean energy technologies of the future, and combatting climate change. This despite being a country that relies heavily on oil exports as we all know. Therefore an indication that the leadership of King Salman bin Abdul Aziz has made a tough commitment to do what is right for the planet, rather than think selfishly.

Allow me also to recognize the tremendous efforts, decades after entire decades, that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made politically, economically, socially, on the humanitarian front, and also in billions upon billions of dollars in relentless financial support to bring peace in the Middle East.

I therefore join all the voices around the world calling for the ultimate peace in the region, and full international cooperation to deliver the inate rights of the Palestinian people to live in freedom and self determination in their own country like almost every other human being is enjoying on this planet as we speak.

For that I say to Israel that you can choose to beat around the bush for one smart political reason or the other, or you can gather the courage, boldness and righteousness to face peace in the eye.

The question is why dodge peace? Deliver all of your own Jewish people from the life of constant fear always looming in the back of their minds every single day from birth because of the continued enemity. My Jewish friends once told me that the only time an Israeli feels real peace in their heart and in their mind is when they travel out of the country. So I call on the Israeli government to bring the peace of the heart at home now.

Happy Saudi National day to His Majesty the King, the Crown prince, the Royal family, and all my beloved brothers and sisters, the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia!
