{UAH} Court has dismissed a suit brought to temporarily block the activities of NUP

Court has dismissed a suit brought to temporarily block the activities of NUP - including nomination of candidates - by two individuals who were claiming to be members of NUP.
Court says issuing an injunction at this stage would be of great inconvenience to NUP, and says NUP already changed its name and so it can neither be stopped from using the new name nor compelled to return to its old name at this time. And further that it's a fact that
Bobi Wine and other leaders sued are currently holding office in NUP, regardless of how they were elected.
