{UAH} JUSTICR BYABAKAMA SHOULD RESIGN

JUstice Byabakam has failed to to produce M7 academic papers because hhe does not have education qualifications to sta d as a president in biew.

Byabakama said that he made a mistake to release BW papers.. thus cannot repeat same mistake to release M7s papers.  

Now if he cannot be entrusted with presidential aspirants documents how can he entrusted with national matters of elections. 

His not reliable and not rustworthy. 

Reults of peoples vites will.not be safe in his hands thus he should resign.  

He should.not be in electoral.commission his not honest and reliable.
