{UAH} Latif Ssebagala steps down for Lukwago

Hon. Muhammad Nsereko succeeds in convincing the NUP flag bearer for the Kampala Lord Mayoral seat Latif Ssebagala to step down from the race, and focus on EALA seat currently occupied by Hon. Mukàsa Mbidde.
However, sources at NUP headquarters in Kamwokya are beating around the clock to find a suitable replacement. But why are they so bent on fielding a candidate on Lord Mayor ?? Isn't Lukwago good enough for all the opposition??
