{UAH} Liberia has lost her full membership rights at the African Union

Liberia has lost her full membership rights at the African Union and is now an observer at the African Union, one without a voting right or even propose resolutions.

They owe $1.8 million, they dont submit reports to the AU, or submit late, passport scandals among other things. One would expect a country which was started by former slave americans to have taken Liberia to greater heights.War messed things up over there
