{UAH} More billions stolen

About UGX 11 billion that was given to teachers by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has gone missing. According to CID Spokesperson Charles Twine, four people have been arrested, and investigations are ongoing to find out circumstances under which the funds vanished before they got to the beneficiaries.
