"At the same press conference, Balaam spoke about PP/NUP diehard bloggers who abuse Gen Museveni during the day but sent him messages at night begging to be given money to defect and stop abusing Gen Museveni.

He gave the example of Fred Lumbuye Kajjubi, a Bobi Wine hatchet man based in Turkey.

Balaam showed journalists a private phone message Lumbuye allegedly sent out to him begging him to ask Gen Museveni to give him Shs100m to pay off his creditors and then stop abusing NRM on Facebook. That Lumbuye promised to make a U-turn and turn the heat on Mr. Wine just like fellow blogger Ashburg Kato did months ago. That Lumbuye one time implied to Balaam he can be a more effective abuser in defense of Gen Museveni on social media than the likes of Full Figure.

Mivule, riding on that disclosure by Balaam, claimed Lumbuye is a homeless pauper living on the streets of Istanbul and therefore unfit to attack a big man of his calibre. He said just like Peng Peng who fled Uganda after chewing Bebe Cool's Shs6m, Lumbuye too fled Uganda after selling off family land along Entebbe Road. "Oyo masikini," he repeatedly said implying Kyagulanyi's leading blogger is actually a destitute living on empty stomach in Turkey.

Balaam also said the Lumbuye condition demanding Shs100m would be met very soon to have him harvested "because we the supporters of Gen Museveni are already fundraising for that." Balaam clarified that Gen Museveni, to whom Lumbuye was sending him, doesn't believe in buying off people and actually doesn't even have such money.
