It is a flight running on very thin air, if any business owner that has written off loses is a crook the entire world is a crook. By the way without writing off taxes in North America you cannot survive in business. I spent two hours reading the fake report, it is simply laughable. The only way you can make news out of it, is if Trump claimed that he had ten trucks and he wrote all of their purchase price and services price off, when he actually has 5 trucks. That is a problem. I did not see a single example of such. If he travelled 30,000 miles but claimed 130,000 miles that is a problem. I did not see any such example. But here is the most stupid thing about it, you cannot campaign on rich people do no pay a fair tax but turn around and criminalize not paying a fair tax. The only way you can change that is to change the laws and close those loops.
For years Edward Pojim has told us that Donald Trump lost companies to bankruptcy, that was a true statement, but he was too stupid to recognize that all those losses were actually write offs. Now he is waking up to understand that by law you are all allowed to write off all losses you find as a business person. That is the firkin law. I can decide to declare my company bankrupt today, and all properties I have in it, all salaries I have not paid yet, all bills I have not paid yet, will be written off, and five days later I can start a new investment. That is the firkin law written by Joe Biden in the 50 years he has been in power, and he has enjoyed them as well. I am filling my taxes every December and I am holding all boxes of all my receipts for 2020 for it is all totaled up and written off. Gook if I buy a city bus ticket or Metro pass and use it for business I write it off.
Why do you think I was going to offer such an amount to find the Makerere Arsonist? You think I was going to issue Abbey Semuwemba a personal cheque? Nope it was going to be a company check, the very reason I threw a cut off to be last night midnight, for I am sending my quarterlies to the accountant today Monday. Mid night passed, the donation was ignored, the cheque was never issued and the offer expired.
Just a word of caution Gook.
One of the promises Donald has not done yet is to close such loop holes, he actually campaigned on it, but the house and the senate stalled into implementing it. If he gets a second term which is a possibility, he is going to try and stall some write offs. Among the most immediate ones that he is going to attack, why do all churches in North America pay not a single property tax? Absolute none. Why do all charitable organizations pay not a single penny in taxes? Absolutely none, Why do all donations to churches like offerings, go to bank accounts and not a single penny of taxes is charged, yet I tis an income to the church entity? Not even a penny. Why do all community groups not pay taxes, and not a penny? Did BLM pay taxes on the 50 billion dollars they raised on George Floyd? It was an income sir. Gook the story of writing off taxes is way larger than Donald J Trump, for it includes even foreign interference into our systems.
A good example, we do not know how much money China sends into these organizations, many Middle eastern countries have used Mosques to funnel money into Western countries, that has been used for terrorism. United Kingdom Mosques are largely funded by the Saudis, how much money comes into those Mosques, and how much damage does it do? We simply do not know for those Mosques pay no taxes thus we have no clue how much they get in let alone take out, we can only see buildings being blown up than knowing who funds those activities. Gook walk up to your church pastor next Sunday and ask him for a 2019 church tax receipt, he simply does not have it, so how does the Swedish government know how much money flows in and out of that particular church? Is Donald J Trump wrong to write off but your church right to write off? This audit needs to walk across the aisle, and all charitable organizations are going to be firkin flipped up, keep yapping. If we fail to do it through the house we will throw it to the firkin Supreme court.
We need a serious discussion about writing off taxes, and how it was built up by the Joe Bidens.
