{UAH} U.A.H DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION 2021-OUR OWN CANDIDATE GOES TO PARLIAMENT

Distinguished Ladies and gentlemen of Ugandans At Heart,

I greet you all and thank God/Allah for keeping you safe and surviving through life's challenges, not forgetting Coronavirus. Thank you for keeping U.A.H alive!

Over time, this forum has had stretching discussions on many topics among which the subject of Governance and Democracy has featured prominently. Nothing has been left uptouched regarding politics.

As the 2021 General Election dawns on us, there is no best time and chance than now to put into practice the good that we have been preaching and challenging ours on the bad. And there is no better way than fronting our own to seek national leadership and come back and report to base each time.

I request to declare interest in vying for National Leadership at Parliamentary level. I am contesting on a ticket which leaves no UAH member behind and accordingly beseech members to support one of their own, regardless of any differences which i believe are in reality superficial when observed under a prism of humanity. 

I hinted on this Contest here before and i am pleased to let You All know that Prof. Simon Okurut took matters seriously and generously acted in support of the Bid. I can't thank him enough. Imagine we have never met and had never interacted personally before but this aspiration brought us together.

Thanks also goes to Sir Tony Owana, the moving encyclopaedia, the man with nine lives. Without him, steam would be lost.

I hope to interact personally with every Distinguished Member here not only in regard to this matter but other initiatives in the interest of UAH's deeper involvement in influencing matters practically across all spheres.

I, kindly, request that every Member takes this Revolutionary Action as their own and own it as such. I will communicate the Constituency inbox to whoever wishes to know more. Together we can! Make UAH/The Constituency/Uganda Greater!
