A good contribution. General Moses Ali has become a permanent member in the PM's office on a religion ticket. 

I would consider regional and merit for appointments which allows competitiveness but not getting appointment because of just being traditionalist, Christian or Muslim. 

Those believers can equally compete without special status like when we sit for national examinations, grading depends on brain power, that should be the standard.
