{UAH} CONGO ROADS Vs MASS MURDER IN THE DRC.

Photo: Ugandan troops arriving at the country's border, returning home in April 2003 after a bloody invasion of Congo. The ordinary Ugandan soldier faced a gruelling and unforgettable 3-week march on foot through the jungle.

As today Uganda signs agreements to build roads in Eastern DR Congo, it is likely to be repayment for plunder & mass murder during that war.

Remember the International Court of Justice ruling that Uganda owes $10 bn dollars to the DRC for plunder & other heinous crimes in a war that saw a staggering SIX MILLION innocent people slaughtered by President Museveni from 1993-2003. Todays agreement for road construction comes just as Congolese Nobel Peace laureate Dr. Mukwege led a sustained campaign of protests across the Democratic Republic of Congo and in other world capitals, including a global petition demanding that the international community end the impunity, compensate the victims of the war, and fully implement the 2010 UN Mapping Report which established responsibility of each warring party in the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during that entire decade of blood, butchery, conflict & mass murder in the Democratic Republic of Congo, instigated from Kampala.
