{UAH} HERE IS THE DP MAN WHO LINKED BOBI TO MOSES KIBALAMA
By Mulengera Reporters
Sometime back, Ronald Kasirivu, the LC5 Councilor representing Gombe Town Council at Wakiso district council (on DP ticket), was visited by one of his prominent voters called Moses Nkonge Kibalama. This wasn't very strange because Kibalama, a resident of Buwambo, is one of the opinion leaders in Gombe Sub County (only became Town Council when Nansana was elevated to Municipality and expanded).
"There is something very important I want to share with Bobi Wine. It's some political intelligence information he will find very useful as he prepares for his 2021 bid for Presidency," Kibalama told Kasirivu. "I won't divulge the details to you; it's something I want to confide in him only. You just get for me audience with him." Kasirivu, having been one of the many DPs who had embraced Bobi initially under PP, reluctantly offered to arrange for the meeting.
On the appointed day, the two drove to Magere but on arrival there, Kibalama curiously protested Kasirivu being part of his confidential discussion with Bobi Wine. "Kasirivu willingly excused himself and waited from the compound as the two discussed," says a source disclosing that the transaction that resulted into Kyagulanyi agreeing to part with Shs300m in return for Kibalama to surrender his NURP/NUP party to him was actually initiated by the politically very sophisticated old man himself (there is a confidential MoU to that effect).
