"Joel Ssenyonyi awarded himself the Nakawa West MP party ticket" Paul Kenneth Kakande speaks out

Kakande has finally spoken out his heart saying that there was alot of circus and syndicate involved during the awarding of party tickets to the aspirants. For the case of Nakawa West, Kakande says Ssenyonyi awarded the ticket to himself saying that Ssenyonyi is a member of the Executive board which approves the successful candidates after being vetted and there is no way he could betray himself or look at fellow executive board members ejecting him out.

Kakande adds that he is more popular on ground, more educated and more politically experienced than Joel Ssenyonyi.  He has promised to stand as an independent should the NUP appeals committee fail consider his petition.
