{UAH} NIN NUMBER EXPIRES IN 10 YEARS...ARE UGANDANS TEMPORARY RESIDENTS IN THEIROWN COUNTRY

I have been trying to look as to why Nyakirima was killed and i finally i got an answer. 

M7 has been working so hard to eliminate ugandans and replace ugandans with Rwandese and other foreigners. How

He brought the NIN number thing which is a good idea if used rightly but for M7 it was for ugandans to lose their nationality.  This NIN number after 10 years you have renew it . If they refuse to renew it it implys your nolonger a ugandan. 

There so many foreigners in uganda with NIN card. Visis all these fake universities established by M7 and family. They are full of foreigners but these foreigners have NIN numbers. 

For foreign mercenaries the 10 year contract serves them.well but for a ugandan to be declared non ugandan after 10 years is absolutely an acceptable. 

I had not taken time to look at this NIN card not untill they mentioned we must have then on out bank accounts. 

Why should we have a  ational ID that is temporary if we real citzens of uganda...why do we have to renew every 10 years... 

Nyakirima always wanyed permanently estanlished structures but the regime never agreed with him and chose to kill him. He never wanyed foreigners to have these NIN cards..but to day Rwandese  chines, Indians,  congolese, Burundinians, Sudanese have these cards yet real ugandans have no easy access to their own National Ids. 

Why renew National IDs...

They want to block ugandans abroad  or make more.money from them
