{UAH} NUP REJECT MP SSAJALYABENE VOWS TO EXPOSE KAMWOKYA CORRUPTION & DIRTY DEALS

By Mulengera Reporters

In one of the crisis meetings with fellow DP Block adherents last week, the terribly broken Makindye Ssabagabo Municipality MP Emmanuel Sempala Kigozi Sajjalyabene broke down and wailed as he reflected on the Shs170m he invested in the nascent political movement in a bid to increase his chances to be declared the flag bearer. Sajjalyabene, who was among those who quickly embraced Kyagulanyi Sentamu for Kyaddondo East fearing the Busabala One Love Beach investor might eye his own constituency, was told his only problem was being stingy yet his adversary Pastor David Serukenya had been sowing plenty of the political seed in the Kyagulanyi political activities.

He was advised it wasn't too late and that planting a big seed was the only way he could reverse the bad reputation influential guys have about him at Kamwokya. He reluctantly agreed and parted within Shs170m which he contributed through one of the NUP pillars as his contribution towards funding party activities. "The problem you guys are mean yet you are going to use the NUP wave to secure your jobs for the next five years. How do you think guys who have sacrificed their all to be fully in this struggle and yet they can't sing anymore are going to maintain themselves for the next five years?" sources quoted one of the NUP pimps as cajoling Sajjalyabene.

The moment Sajjalyabene accepted and confessed having been mean and declared his offer of Shs170m, the pimp assured him the NUP ticket would be his and sources say that however much the very popular Serukenya provoked him, the former DP diehard remained sure the ticket would be his. Sources say that is why he kept telling journalists he wasn't prepared to make any comments about his name missing on the list until he officially got to hear from some people in Kamwokya.

"You know Mabikke on Saturday assured Nambooze that what he revealed on Top Radio was just 20% of the total dirty NUP secrets they have and just know he was referring to stories like that of Sajjalyabene and there are many such disappointments. We are talking about guys who took loans or mortgaged their houses to invest in the struggle in the hope the NUP ticket would be theirs. You can be sure any of such guys will be belling the cat soon," says a knowledgeable DP block insider. That in Nansana, Enock Musoke sunk Shs10m into PP struggle activities expecting the NUP flag and his opponents like Stephen Kiwanuka the Katooke LC1 Chairman invested Shs14m expecting the flag yet none of them got any as it went to Wakayima (a brother to Frank Gashumba). Young struggling musician Julius Luyinda invested his hard earned Shs3m in the same struggle activities expecting the flag and didn't get any; leaving him very bitter. Busiro North's Kastar Bukenya is uncharacteristically talking bitter because he too invested a lot only for the ticket to go to someone else. Busiro South's Sekigozi is even more heart-broken because his contribution towards PP activities since 2017 exceeds Shs100m. He was skipped largely because of his deep history in DP and the NUP flag went to someone else.
