{UAH} Uganda's illegal constitution

I think we don't need to write a new constitution. In my opinion, all we need to do is scrap this 1995 constitution and amend post independence one. 

Writing a new constitution as NRM claimed to do during that Constituent Assembly period was a waste of time and resources for 2 reasons: it assumed that all that was in the constitution they found was not acceptable to Ugandans, and secondly, not all the majority views gathered such federalism were included in the new constitution. 

As recently seen with Term - and Age-limits, we do not have to write a new constitution, we amend certain articles, so the 1995 constitution was a waste.

 For instance, the USA Constitution is one 200 years old, whenever Americans see the need to amend an article, which is very rare anyway, they amend that article but not to write a new one. A constitution should be held sacred not to changed anytime a new regime comes to power or to suit individuals.
