{UAH} Unplanned communities

There is need for human  settlement planning. I did a mini study in Nalumunye.

Jomayi estate developer last year, just demarcated land parcel which is more

than 400 acres of land and sold plots without a shopping centre  schools, medic care.

These estates cropping up everywhere and encircling Kampala have no planned

basic utility infrastructure ( water, electricity, gas, drainage, school, amenities,

shopping centre, schools, medicare facilities) - what does the future hold for them

disaster?
