{UAH} Why Shartsi Kutesa lost in Sembabule

Canary Mugume: Sodo came six months ago, bought land, and built a house in Sembabule. He has constructed several dams in Sembabule. 

Shartsi Kutesa lost because she is the daughter of Kutesa. Kutesa has been in land wrangles since the 90s. 

Every time a strong opponent comes up, they are bought out. All the time, Kutesa was seen as very selfish. If you don't want to be bought, you would be forced out. 

When you look at Sembabule, you wonder, "Is this the area led by Kutesa?" There is nothing you can attach to the legacy of Kutesa in Sembabule.
