{UAH} Amuriat has been arrested in Kitgum District

FDC presidential candidate Patrick Amuriat has been arrested in Kitgum District following a standoff with police. Police wanted Amuriat to go to Lamwo because NRM presidential candidate Yoweri Museveni is also expected to campaign in Kitgum today
