DID YOU NOW THAT THE NUP MANIFESTO ON PAGE 3 PRAISES MUSEVENI AS AN ABLE LEADER?
BULLET 3: There have been many transformative developments over the past three and a half decades. The government reinstated multi-party elections and created oversight institutions like the Auditor General and the Inspectorate of Government (IGG). The judiciary has been broadened by the addition of the Constitutional and Commercial Courts.
BULLET 4: Agricultural output grew & coffee exports doubled in the last 7 years, rising from 3.58M bags in 2012/13 to 7M in 2019/20. This was short of the 20 million bags expected but impressive nonetheless). Unemployment has been addressed by providing easy credit to the youth.

Even on page 35 bulletin 231 they recognise that for the last 30 years Uganda has been free from external threats. Literally meaning that Uganda is peaceful.
