Restaurants, gyms to remain closed in Toronto

Indoor dining and gyms will remain closed in Toronto for another 28 days as of Nov. 14 as the city moves into a modified version of the red level of the province’s new colour-coded, tiered COVID-19 response plan, Mayor John Tory announced today. Tory said they are also recommending not socializing with anyone outside of your household. The city's positivity rate for the last week was 5.9 per cent.
