Toilet paper is one of the most useful items in a good home. 

I wish you were in North America when COVID-19 struck and lockdown declared, one of most sought after and bought was toilet paper. Most people stocked toilet paper in March so much that it may last for one year. Why? Because toilet paper is very useful. 

So, if those 5 "O" are toilet papers, they are very important to Museveni. 

Look at it this way, just go to the washroom and see no toilet paper, tell me what you feel.
