{UAH} Federal appeals court denies Trump campaign effort to revive Pennsylvania lawsuit saying 'claims have no merit'

This is a very strange reporting by CNN, for it glows the Fraudlent's side but leaves out the facts. This court is a Federal court and I think the first federal court these arguments have reached. So we have all along been walking through Democrats controlled courts, until this Federal court that has a Democrats majority. The very minor detail that the reporting leaves out is that this argument actually clears this case to the Supreme court. Playing in courts you control as a Democrat is actually good but using that premise in a Federal court is a self-injury. I will be very surprised if Pennsylvania fraud does not knock on the door of the supreme court, and Donald is  going to take Pennsylvania.

 

What is the problem of Donald today is actually not winning the stolen states but time is his enemy, for as Democrats drag these cases through courts certification is taking place, and we might actually end up with a firkin fraud in The White House.

 

Let us chat again when we are in the Supreme Court.
