China  resolved to turn their economy to inward market forces.

How did Trump imagine of having what is lost for centuries? When bands of adventures and migrants stepped on the Indian soils- they went into full gear exploited everything possible to create an enormous amount of wealth for themselves. There is a book I read about Economic History of the US – I remember the author was Tom Hunt, a fresh PhD graduate then. It is amazing how public transport was snatched from the public realm in preference of a car. How railways and industries were constructed on embedded rivalry to gold mines or oil wells. How old century forests were ruthlessly cut down.

It was economic madness.

Decades ago, I approached one of the biggest stores in Nordic countries Clas Olsson. This store besides food stuffs, sells virtually anything. I looked up the director, I wanted to talk to her directly.  I located Susan a 20 something young women in one of the northern town of Sweden, where the store had kilometres long distribution hub.

Straight away I started enticing her to create a distribution point in Kampala. She straight away told me it would be a good idea but that will strain their profit margin. I asked how?

Only to be told that everything they have in their store, is made or manufactured in China. She volunteered to give me the full addresses of factories in China and wished me luck to set up a centre in Kampala Uganda.  

It was only then it dawned on me, Nordic and European Countries were left with very few industries.  The logic of capitalistic society is to bulldoze all structural hindrances in its wake.

Unless the US tries another society, the decline will continue since the economic doctrine has no subtractions.
