{UAH} Kagame will not comply but the judgement is really fantastic in record books

Rujugiro defeats Kagame in the EAC court for grab of his multi-million property in Rwanda. In a ruling statement issued today, the EAC court said, a declaration is hereby issued that the Rwanda's actions of taking over UTC mall and subsequently selling it off are illegal and contravened the EAC treaty. The Rwandan gvt is directed to furnish the applicant with accountability for rental and sale proceeds realized from the UTC mall between 1st October 2013 to 27th September 2017. The court further awarded to Rujugiro US$500,000 as compensation in general damages.
