You know your country better tell me, did Uganda Police learn  from their intelligence that Amuriat wanted to dodge to register as a presidential candidate which prompted them to hunt, arrest and drive him to the registration centre? Is that how democratic Uganda has become, you announce that you register for elections, there is no backing away?
