{UAH} Presidential candidate John Katumba has promised to reduce the salaries of MPs

Presidential candidate John Katumba has promised to reduce the salaries of MPs so as to divert the funds to areas that need alot of help like the health sector and education.
Katumba has said so while addressing the people of Mbale City.
