Assimwe Abraham the son of Rutahigwa from Biharwe Mbarara is the top soldiers today is killing and spraying tear gas among ugandans. 

This Assimwe is of Rwandan orign. His fsther owned a hotel in mbarara called Western hotel on mbarara kakoba road. Now demolished. The father Rutahigwa is a well known thief of govt land in Mbarara. 

Asimwe Abraham withfellow militias are ready to kill Ugandans in order to keep land. They dont care what happens to ugandans as along as theor Rwandese are safe.
