{UAH} What happened to the hustler William Ruto?

DP Ruto's sudden change of heart to support the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) has taken most Kenyans completely by surprise. What really happened to turn one of the staunchest opponents of the BBI into a supporter overnight? What is the inside story? What are the recent dramatic events on the local political scene that may be linked?  Maybe he was blackmailed with ICC?

Tangatanga ogandawalas finally jumping ship?   Mind boggling!!!!!!  

In politics the phenomenon is called cross carpeting. Machiavelli also said, "a promise made was a necessity of the time, a promise broken is a necessity of the time" The DP's change of heart is not extraordinary. It must have been a necessity, and capitulation.  

Something simply does not add up!!!
