{UAH} What "Real progress" really means.

In 1988 when I first went to Kigali. It was more like going to Mbarara. This is Kigali today. Only 5 minutes without power, someone will not only be fired, but will probably be arrested for sabotage.

Our Kampala? A massive slum. Guess what, it's called "Steady progress."!

Luwero war was probably justified. I may be wrong though.
