{UAH} When will political violence end

Dan, 

Regular change in leaders is a guarantee of ending political violence. Those in charge will be aware that they will be held accountable by the new administration and will therefore act professionally.

 But as long as we have same government in perpetuity, there is no worry since they know their networks and circles of friends who support their criminal tendencies are always there. 

One party control of government has negative impact on human rights as perpetrators build Mafia like syndicates from the lowest level to the highest office.
