{UAH} WITH DESIRE, COMES DISCIPLINE AND DEDICATION.

WITH DESIRE, COMES DISCIPLINE AND DEDICATION.
By| Miiro Sulaiman
Life is presents a cycle of desires. The desire for civilisation is what has created countless struggles, it is what has forced people to challenge their conventional ways of thinking so as to accommodate new norms of doing things and change what we knew as the natural thought process.
Everyone naturally desires comfort, things like, eat well, sleep, have good sex, or generally known as living large and luxurious is all we need. Let no one convince you that they need a modest life, NO! You can only say you don't need something unless you have or lived it. That's the after effects of owning and achieving satisfaction over something.
Now back to what we need to know about #Desire_Discipline_and_Dedication and what it means to understand the follow of success and failure with humans.
A few days ago, I went to share a friendly and business chat with a good friend Amos Wekesa at one of his lodges in Queen Elizabeth National Park (Elephant Plains Lodge and Simba Safari Lodge). As always, it's a pleasure sharing a moment with one of the best minds in this Country and a privilege I don't take for granted. Amos Wekesa is well travelled and therefore exposed, this exposure has ofcourse come at a price like he often tells everyone with a good ear to listen and learn. He is a prominent Tourism enthusiasts and investor. He has staked so much to arrive at his current stage in life and even when we look at his accomplishments and admire his Resilience, Commitment, Courage and passion for Tourism, this all has been made possible because he perhaps understood three things throughout his countless struggles.
From all his conversations, you will highly appreciate his *#Desire* to achieve a certain level of success as a motivation force; you will notice that he has employed a certain degree of *#Discipline* and finally; there is no doubt that he *#Dedicated* his life, resources and made unimaginable sacrifices for his goals. This marriage between Your Desires, the Discipline and ability to Dedicate has been the driving force to many that ever dared to Dream.
Life presents us so many opportunities as it exposes us to challenges, all these are part of the success equation. Even when we employ different measures to transform our lives, there is no doubt that we do all that in respect of our Desires, act with a certain level of discipline, and employing Dedication to our struggles such that our rewards are worth the effort invested.
Abraham Lincoln once said, *"the best way to predict the future is to create it"*. This is a clear justification that things don't just happen, but they are made to happen.
Everyday that you live prepares you to the next stage of life, How you live it and the things you do will determine the value you hold for both yourself and Society you live in.
Henceforth remember that, your desires help you learn the discipline to doing and achieving things. There is no Shortcut to life and even in rare cases when it happens, it's never Sustainable.
BEST OF LUCK.
