Donald Trump should have read between the lines with the Mueller investigation when Jeff Sessions III recused himself from involvement in the Russian investigation. His hopes on his appointees evaporated. Just as recent as Tuesday December 1,2020 he got another bombshell from his Attorney General William Barr when he debunked his theory of election fraud.
Similarly, these supreme court judges will follow the law and will decide the case on its merits not because they are Republicans or appointed by Trump. They have a profession to defend and safe guard, they have titles, names and country to defend. Their task is to determine whether lower courts erred. I here somebody here was saying there are 5 Republicans and 3 Democrats and that Chief Justice Kennedy will likely support the Democrats, that is imagining the case is in the Senate Chamber! Judges for the law not politics, but Uganda oh, yeah, they are considered cadres and somebody does hide it and makes them uncomfortable.
