{UAH} CONSPIRACY THEORIES START AFTER MUZAATA'S DEATH

Dear Kakensa Media, Am going to share some information with you, please pass it on to the public for the goodness of Uganda, and to Bobi.

I am a security personnel who prefers anonymity, I have information I wish you to give out to our general public as typed; it will help save many lives; including those in opposition, NRM and ordinary citizens.

There is a man called A*** L****** A****** (A man with a Luganda and Runyankole name), also referred to as the Ugandan Escobar on some media platforms.

This gentleman assassinates people using a Nerve Agent, (Novichok) a poison that slows your muscles, thus slowing your lungs and heart until one dies.

According to intel, he assassinates both VIPs and ordinary Ugandans using a Nerve agent called Nervechok, which he picks from Russia Moscow in person.

The following are those who by intelligence connect to him as in the proximity of their death.

1. Aronda Nyakayirima

2. Charles Muhangi of Horizon

3. Anas Khalisa of NBS

4. Meddie Kaggwa of Human Rights

(I mentioned the above because they are dead)

UNCONFIRMED

We have this gentleman, the owner of an old club in Ntinda which used to be known as club Pa Lui (It closed), a one Patric Lubowa, to the investigators, kindly findout if he had any meals at a restaurant like C******** in Kamwokya, Bombo Rd, YMCA Restaurant or anywhere else, or find out if the late was A***** L******'s friend or connected, some of the people he killed were his friends like Muhangi Charles. Or let the family submit names of whom the late hanged around with in his final hours then you forward them to me Mr. Kakensa, then we will see if they have any link to this assassin, bottom line, chances are over 70% that the late Mr. Lubowa ran into a Novichok today, (that was on 22nd Nov) since where his club was is less than 200 meters from the assassin's home, and the assassin clubs, chances are high, they were known to each other.

He assassinates people at ********* who are customers, just like he did to the late Charles Muhangi, he finished him off at ********** Bombo Rd on the 5th/Dec/2018 (Night) and died 6th Dec 2018, it is unclear if the staff were involved, or it was the people Muhangi took meals with at this restaurant, of which them too were highly connected to this assassin. Bottom line is he took his last supper with the nerve agent at ************ restaurant Bombo rd.

UPCOMING TARGETS

A****** L******* A******** is in the NRM, he attempted to stand against Kigongo of NRM in its primaries, then President halted any competition against Kigongo's position; However this assassin doesn't work for Museveni, he works for a very dangerous Mafia group which is working towards overthrowing Museveni for their personal interests.

He has a soldier who guards his home on ******** Rd, Ntinda, however he is never in uniform, this ********* moves with a hidden security detail in other vehicles sometimes.

This Mafia group wants Bobi to activate countrywide riots, then they kill him; causing riots to escalate past Museveni's control because the country would think it is Museveni who killed Bobi; things would get more out of hand then the Mafias would come in the name of saving the nation, and you Ugandans would warmly welcome them thinking they took the dictator down.

This group has agents within the military, police, but the majority are in LDU, recruited from ADF congo, some of them are children to ADF rebels, others are rebels themselves and they are directed to shoot civilians dead by this mafia group; as an effort to elevate anger and cause deadly riots in public. Fact check is Museveni can't control them, neither can he come out open to confess, because it would expose his weakness.

Have you noticed that power to Bwaise Traffic lights is off? Meaning regional cameras are off? In order to shoot civilians unrecorded, so that Museveni can hardly activate internal investigations. Those traffic light, cameras lost power on the first day of riots of "Free Bobi Wine" it wasn't a Museveni network that took them off, it was the mafia network which wants to shoot civilians dead, and this happened to cameras where they happed to kill the most civilians, that is why they were disabled.

There is a meeting that took place at Agip hotel Mbarara, room 14 on oct/14/2020, it had Gen. ********, Sa********, and the assassin A**** L*********, including some other assassins from Rwanda who are good at spreading cars with live bullets; the agenda is to take down "someone", Some people.

ADVISE TO BOBI

1.Bobi, they want to kill you by poison or gun, however much you love your supporters; keep reasonable distance from them, a few meters won't hurt. Otherwise they can administer this poison through food, eyes or breathing/inhaling it. So in commotion, someone can spread it to Bobi and he inhales it or it gains access to his blood stream through his eyes and to make matters worse, it is odorless and tasteless; it takes a while to kill depending on administered dosage.

The way things look, they want to do it closest to election day or immediately after election day. However it doesn't call for relaxation as of now.

2. All of us in security, are not partisan, we are ready to work with Bobi, if so the Ugandans choose him but the chances of him reaching the State house alive are minimal; kindly let all those that support him light a candle and pray for him, otherwise gigantic mafias want him dead for the sake of activating a revolution in Uganda for their own interest.

Museveni received these reports, and gave Bobi concealed security, set a side electoral commission guards, they are other guards whom Bobi too is unaware of, however the problem is, they aren't with Bobi full time; they mean no harm though, Museveni is aware that the assassination of Bobi could render his end.

ADVISE TO HIGH PROFILERS

Today (22nd Nov)our intelligence network witnessed A**** L***** the Assassin at ***** **** Restaurant Kamwokya (Picture attached) meaning someone is about to go down.

A**** targets the following categories

1. NRM-Museveni Diehards like Anas Khalisa of NBS

2. Paid for assassinations like that of Muhangi, or business men in high profiled conflicts.

3. People that pissed him off like a certain Muslim youngman he killed recently

4. Opposition leaders whom he thinks by eliminating them, tarnish Museven's image

(Here is where Bobi wine is categorized including other major icons of opposition)

If you are under one of the above mentioned categories, please avoid ********restaurant (Basically restaurants) until after campaigns for politicians; Today at *******Restaurant, the way his eyes were moving, his head turns, something very fishy was going on. Hell may be about to break loose on some family, Kindly please do not mix *********the owner of this restaurant in this chaos, he isn't involved.

Please warn your loved ones into politics about the director of poisoning people in Uganda.

A brief about how Anas Khalisa was killed, Former ISO boss Kaka Bagyenda issued security to the late Khalisa on grounds that his life was in danger. Either by being shot dead or poisoned, so his security had to keep an eye on both parameters; When Kaka was fired, he was replaced by Oluuka as the new ISO boss DG; Oluuka came in with too much mpalanilako, he withdrew the guards from Khalisa, on grounds that he wasn't worthy to have guards, in a week's time, Khalisa was no more. (Kakensa's remark about this paragraph, On contacting Dr A Kaliisa's family, indeed they agreed he had security but they said it was withdrawn like 8months ago not a week before his death as the informat claims. Therefore the new ISO boss may have nothing to do with it but i leave the letter to continue as it was sent)

Kakensa's remarks again: I didnt publish this information because i was still investigating it. A few days later, on Tuesday 1st Dec A minister who blocked Bobi Wine's campaign in Luuka lost her son mysteriously, the informat again came back with the message below.

Thanks to you, the minister's son was nerve poisoned, I gave you details of the killer, you just looked on, yet sometimes you post even more useless things, people are going to continue being poisoned in this season, just know at some point you too have a fault. you never did a good job towards alerting public, or use another platform if possible. bottom line please get the word out, otherwise their death is upon you too. Nevertheless, between you and me, L****** mafia they killed the minister's son because she ordered Bobi's arrest in Iganga. (Bobi or NUP is not involved in this killing) but the mafias are generating fear, so that Gov officials are so traumatized by Bobi, then at some level, these very same mafias will assassinate Bobi so that the world says Museveni, everything goes out of hand and a revolution happens; then after the very same mafias are going to come as National liberators who saved Uganda, and you people will clap for them because the majority are idiots. That is what they have calculated. You might never know me, but one day you will discover how lucky you were to hear from an insider.
