{UAH} English or Luganda, and keep it simple
With due respect to other languages, Ugandans should use either Luganda or English while communicating in public, for wider dissemination of the message.
We should also avoid using big words, such that people easily understand your message. It's very tempting to pontificate about everything that's wrong in Uganda but people can find that patronising and off-putting, so keeping the language simple helps.
