Surely, you should be able to see where the problem lies. That's even worse, how does Trump's legal team expect their evidence to be listened to if the cases were not properly filed, whose mistake is that? 

What is the challenge of following the procedure?

I am not so sure how a competent court can "refuse to listen to any of this evidence," if the case has been filed in the right court. 

In the US, elections are run by State governments and as far as I have known from media reports, several cases were dismissed which basically means they were listened to but the evidence did not support the allegations. So how should the court listen?

The voter fraud in this year's presidential election was widespread and extensive.

Instead of asking where was the fraud? The real question is where was there NO fraud? Democrats used every trick in their book to steal votes and manufacture ballots.
