Former professional boxer, and FDC leader and activist, Justin Juuko, is another abducted person, whose where about since the 12th Dec is unknown.
After Court had issued an order for his production on 28th Dec, information was presented that he had been charged in a Military Unit Displinary Committee on 22nd Dec and remanded in an undisclosed place!
Juuko's family and lawyers have been looking for him since 12th Dec 2020. Information about his detention was a "secret" of the military and up to now his axact whereabouts is still unknown!
Military officers swear to uphold the constitution, whose dictates on detained persons they know. They only chose to act in total disregard of the law. Impunity reigns!
Court ordered that that information be disclosed today, 31st December 2020.
We wait.
