The more eulogies I read about Kirunda Kivenjinja, the more I feel vindicated about my observation that KK restricted his politics to his Busoga region and that he was in the periphery of the government. 

But again, Museveni has not allowed any other politician to claim support or credit for development projects outside of their bucolic districts.
