For fear of losing the 2021 election to a candidate favored by the majority of voters in the old and huge constituency of Lamwo. Hon. Hillary Onek is alleged to have lobbied for the splitting of Lamwo constituency into two constituencies i.e. Palabek and Lamwo East.. unknown to him was that a giant by the name of Walter Ocira David was eagerly waiting to swallow him up in his own turf.

Desperate and scared, Hon. Hillary is alleged to  be on rampage trying to use his political clout to frustrate a democratic process by having his opponent legally declared bankcraft rendering him incompetent to run for an elective office.

it is alleged that Hon. Onek on learning about the court cases somehow used his power to influence the process so that his opponent is declared bankcraft before election date.
